Niedawno wynajałem dom przez agencje i jednym z warunkow wynajmu było wykupienie ubezpieczenia, takiego jak w temacie, z tym ze ma to byc tylko od nieszczesliwych wypadkow. Zdecydowałem sie na zaakceptowanie warunku tylko dlatego, ze mam tez zamiar ubezpieczyc swoje rzeczy, wiec przy okazji mogłbym dorzucic ubezpieczenie rzeczy landlorda.
Agencja zaproponowała mi swoje ubezpieczenie, ale wolałbym kupic cos innego, konkretnie chodzi mi o ubezpieczenie z LLoyds, jednak nie jestem do konca pewny czy to ubezpieczenie pokrywa ten przypadek. Rozmawiałem z pracownikiem LLoyds i w sumie nie otrzymałem jednoznacznej odpowiedzi.
Przegladałem tez troche forum po tym katem i jest cos takiego, jak 'Tenant's liability', ale nie jestem pewny czy o to chodzi. Jesli nie pokaze ubezpieczenia w dniu przeprowadzki, to zwyczajnie nie dostane kluczy.

Ale według mnie to odnosi sie tylko do budynku, a nie do zawartosci. Lloyds zarekomendował firme Towergate w tym przypadku, ale ta nie ma dobrych opinii.
Bardzo prosze o pomoc w tej sprawie. Jesli nie Lloyds, to moze znacie jakies inne popularne(i dobre) ubezpieczalnie, ktore uwzglednia ten przypadek. Do tej pory sprawdziłem HSBC i LV i jest to samo co z Lloyds.
