Responsibilities will include:
  • Daily assessment of volume requirements, forecasting and fulfilment
  • Planning and facilitating recruitment
  • Induction training and/or initial training with contractors followed by 1-2-1 reviews as and when required dependent upon clients’ needs and requests
  • Conduct refresher training as per clients’ needs and requirements
  • Regular review meetings with client to understand and communicate business changes
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Managing weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy
  • Use IT systems available and ensure internal systems are fully and accurately updated as necessary
  • Working to deadlines whilst being adaptable and flexible in your approach
  • Provide out of hours on-call support as required
  • Implementing and managing administration processes such as change requests, absences etc.
  • Being able to describe client trends, market activity and business needs
  • Collate, analyse, report, communicate and manage performance against KPI’s
  • Identify areas of process improvement. 
  • Operate within client and Company SLA’s ensuring you meet and achieve them, identifying solutions to address any shortfalls
  • Understanding local labour market and industry sector and communicate potential impact
  • Demonstrating business acumen, understanding clients operation, challenges and needs
  • Communicate appropriately internally and externally to develop strong relationships
  • Monthly collating of Management Information and reporting
  • Provide cover and/or support to other areas as required
  • Ensure all staff operate in line with company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding reports and interpreting budgetary controls and requirements 
  • Report issues in a timely manner to line manager or as per site internal escalation process
  • Manage compliance requirements and keep secure records for audit purposes
  • Awareness of people management policies and procedures, seeking guidance when required
  • Hold monthly 1-2-1’s, annual and half yearly appraisals with team members
  • Ensure team members are fully trained, competent and supported in their role, and have the necessary tools for their role
  • Demonstrating behaviours and using words that align to Company values at all times
  • Treat all customers, colleagues and workers equally and with respect and fairness
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by line manager
