We are a recruitment agency based on site on our customer’s premises. We supply temporary staff for one of the leading Stir fry producers in the country. We are based in Worsley, Manchester.

We are looking for a supervisor to join our team. This position is on a Weekend 4 days on 3 days off rolling shift basis. You would be required to work on the factory floor and fulfil supervisory duties as well.

The duties include:

Ø Book temporary staff on a daily basis to meet clients needs

Ø Deal with staff related issues that might arise

Ø Represent our company in front of the client

Ø Create sheets in Excel

Ø Check daily time and attendance of factory staff

Ø Work with the rest of the team in the production area

Ø Supervise and motivate agency staff to meet clients expectations

Ø Build a strong relationship with the customer

The ideal candidate should have:

ØPrevious experience in a similar role

ØGood I.T. skills
