Witam,mam mozliwosc kupna mieszkania na Shared Ownership ktore jest w LEASEHOLD.
Budynek zostal wybudowany w 2009,LEASEHOLD jest od 2008 na 99 lat
czyli zostalo jeszcze 91 lat wiec moje pytanie brzmi czy powinienem pakowac sie w to czy nie.Pozatym mam jeszcze kilka pytan.

1 Jak takie mieszkania sie sprzedaja? (gdzie mozna sprawdzic)bo i tak nie mam w planie mieszkania tam wiecej niz 5-10 lat w pozniejszym terminie chcialbym to odsprzedac i kupic cos innego bez LEASEHOLD nie w Systemie Shared Ownership itp.

2 Czy tego typu mieszkanie mozna remontowac? tzn zmienic wystroj lazienki/kuchni itp .Pytam bo w koncu bede wlascicielem tylko 50%

3 I ogolnie co sie z tym wiaze jesli ktos ma jakas konkretna/aktualna wiedze na ten temat,prosze o kontakt albo odpowiedz.

to sa dane z 2007 dzis mam 2016 wiec moglo sie cos zmienic na przestrzeni tych lat.

Lease nie jest problemem, tylko shared ownership, a tu faktycznie nic sie nie zmienilo od poprzedniego watku. Jak sie takie mieszkania sprzedaja, dowiesz sie z ogloszen o ich sprzedazy i ile wisza. Trudno powiedziec jaki jest popyt na takie nieruchomosci w Twoim rejonie, jaki jes stosunek do ceny na rynku wtornym nie share ownership, itp. Musisz to sam przeanlizowac.

99% mieszkan jest leasehold.

na tym osiedlu ktorym jest to mieszkanie na sprzedaz od 2013-2015 sprzedano na Leasehold czesc rowniez w leasehold/share ownership ok 12 mieszkan.Rowniez interesuje mnie to czy moge podniesc standart w tego typu nieruchomosci jesli jestem wlascicielem tylko 50%

Mozesz zrobic remont, ale mozesz potrzebowac ich zgody na to (kwestia formalna). Tylko nie przeginaj z wysokim standardem, bo jak jest cenowy sufit dla takich nieruchomosci, to nie dostaniesz potem wiecej za sprzedaz.

Nie chce sie powtarzac z poprzednim watkiem, dlatego dostales do niego link. Poczytaj co tam bylo.
