Na ulicy której mieszkam znajduje się zaniedbany opuszczony od kilku lat dom, którym nikt sie nie interesuje. Chciałbym ustalić właściciela/lub stan prawny nieruchomości gdyż byłbym zainteresowany kupnem tej nieruchomości. Czy Counil bedzie w stanie pomóc?

UZyskalem raport z land registry jednakze niewiele z niego rozumiem. Niby sa dane wlasciciela i ze dom zostal kupiony na kredyt w 2008 ale jest tez cos o bankructwie wlasciciela i nie do konca rozumiem kto jest obecnie wlascicielem domu. JEsli moglby ktos pomoc ponizej kopia rejestru:

Wyrzucilam dane osobowe. Wyglada na to, ze bank TSB i HSBC maja wspolna hipoteke na nieruchomosci, a wlasciciel oglosil bankructwo.
Aczkolwiek jest tez mowa o osobach trzecich bez ktorych zgody nie mozna sprzedac tej nieruchomosci. Mozesz probowac kontaktowac sie wlasnie z tymi osobami. Bedzie latwiej niz bankiem. Carpe diem.
