Dziękujemy za odpowiedzi.No właśnie problem w tym,że nie znamy takiego języka "potocznego",pisaliśmy razem z translatorem :)
entering parcel-chodziło o wprowadzanie przesyłek do systemu.
Power track-wózek widłowy.Tak jest napisane w angielskim tłumaczeniu certyfikatu.

I was a volunteer during the Paralympic Games in London 2012 as a steward. Responsibilities: security tasks, such as checking accreditations/tickets; helping spectators; giving information about facilities; safety and security rules; dealing with crowd exit or entry to the bowl; and entertaining spectators. I was also run “Back Of House” where I was responsible for ensure that all security procedures were followed by athletes, VIPs, broadcast, media and staff (technicians, medics, cleaners security), checking accreditations and communicated with others to ensure that all venues ran smoothly. My work there was acknowledged by several people (my Team Leader, the Manager of the Olympic Park and the Head Office of Scotland Yard) as outstanding.

I was working there as a teaching assistant mainly with children of Reception Group and Year 2.
