Prosze o jak najszybsze dostarczenie mi na adres domowy polise zawierajacą dane dzieci,prosiłam o to telefonicznie by przesłano faxem do GP,(nie została wysłana)chociaz ktos z firmy odzwonił iz wysłano.(gp nic nie dostała)
Prosiłam równiez o przesłanie dokumentu na emajl i tez nic. Prosze zatem o polise zawierajaca dane dzieci dołaczonych do ubezpieczenia .Dziekuje. Nie za dobze umiem pisac takie pisma....(ale prosze o pomoc w przetłumaczeniu) |

I already asked to send the fax directly to the GP by the telephone conversation but nothing happened, although someone called me back and assured that this has been done. (GP did not receive anything). I also asked for sending a document to my e-mail address and still nothing. Now, that is a official request, please send me as soon as posible my full policy containing the data of my children. I look forward to hearing from you.
