Witam !
Zwracam się do Was o pomoc w związku z moją sytuacją w pracy. Niestety mój angielski pozostawia wiele do życzenie więc mimo starań jestem w stanie sama go zredagować. Mam prośbę o przeczytanie i poprawki jeśli tylko ktoś znajdzie chwilkę z góry dziękuje Kasia

I am writing this letter to report you some problems I am facing in work during my shift with Ken
I’m being unfairly treated. 11.05.2011 at 10:00 am I asked him if I can go for a brake hi said no.
Hi said also that he wasn’t on his brake as well and when asked said that he don’t know when will be the right time for my brake then he turned up and walked away His tone was intimidating and more than once I was left shaking and close to tears. After this I went to see a Dawn because I couldn’t coop with Ken and asked her for help. We ask Lucas to replace me in the office and finally I went for a brake. Normally my brake should starts around 9:00 and it’s not an issue that sometimes I have to go for a brake sooner or later but that day I wait over an hour and felt very upset and angry that my shift leader doesn’t care that a pregnant employee isn't able to take of break it being entitled.
He never paid any attention to my welfare and ignored my medical condition
Next situation happened 29.05.2011 when I asked Ken If I can go for a brake he just said that I already have one. When I said that I’m pregnant and I know my rights he finally said that I can go. After my brake when I came back to the office brayan came to him and just said then his going for a cigarette and ken just said “ I didn’t heard anything”
The same day when I whant to check the time on my phone ken just said put it off .
When the rest of the staff can use their phones without limitation.
This same situations is repeating in the end of the day when most of the employee are allowed to finish their work early and just sit in canteen or outside when I have to work till the end.
I’m constantly being overburdened with work on 30.04.2011 Ken told me to make a phone call to north and find out whats happened with one of missing bars. The same day hi said that he need to show me how to do psp for Thomas cook bars. I said that I don’t want beckouse that’s not my job.
He told me to check a jet2 batteries as well whit I know is also his responsibility.
I tried to deal with the Ken by myself, assuming that he was just inept with people and didn't know how to supervise. But it only got worse.
On 30.05.2011 I didn't receive any help from Ken. That day I count that I have done 29 +amendments picks when ken did 9. I receive 24 bars and book in 25 I done all dispatch sheet, sandwiches and dispatch the bars. he didn't give me any support and left me alone with all the work I finish all work only because lukas helped me
I kept a diary of his activities which was to prove.

Właśnie przyszedłem z pracy i nie mam dzisiaj czasu, by to poprawić.

W końcu to żaden wstyd. Lepiej zaczekać trochę czasu i mieć to naprawdę dobrze.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yours sincerely,

Widze ze sie juz spoznilem, ale trudno:

Dear IMIE,

I would like to report a problem that I have faced lately whilst working with Ken.
Based on recent events I have impression that I may have been treated unfairly and in a biased manner.
On 11 May 2011 I asked Ken if I could go on a break and his answer was “No”. He justified his answer that he had not been on a break either. He also added that had no idea whatsoever when the right time for a break might be. Then he turned back and walked away.
Despite the fact that this attitude was just as far from polite as possible, he was also acting in an intimidating manner which left me in distress.
After the incident I talked with Dawn and asked him for help as I could not cope with Ken’s attitude any longer. Dawn and I asked Lucas to fill in for me in the office and then I could finally go on a break.
Usually, my breaks start around 9am although it is not a problem for me at all that sometimes I may need to go on a break before 9 or after.
However, on that particular day I waited over an hour and in effect felt upset and disturbed by a fact that my superior did not take into consideration that I am pregnant and could not take a break I was legally entitled to. He did not pay any attention to my welfare and ignored my condition.

The next situation occurred on 29 May 2011. I asked Ken to let me go on a break and he said to me that I had already had one. I was forced to remind him about my condition and then he generously agreed to let me have a break. Just after I came back to the office I noticed Brian asking Ken if he could go out to have a cigarette. Ken answered, and I quote “I didn’t hear anything”. On the same day, when I wanted to use my mobile phone to check the time he said “Put it away!”. His reaction seems rather unusual and exaggerated since the rest of the staff can use their mobile phones with no limitations whatsoever.

A similar situation happens at the end of the day. Most of the crew is allowed to finish their work earlier and spend the remaining minutes in the canteen or outside as I am told to work till the very last second.

Another problem lies within his approach towards workload and task distribution.
On 30 April 2011 Ken asked me to call North to find out what might have happened with one of the missing bars. I had to refuse to carry out that task as it is not a part of my job description.
On the same day he told me that he needed to show me how to do PSP for Thomas Cook bars. I had to decline as it is not a part of my job description.
Then he asked me to check Jet2 batteries which I also had to refuse as this task is clearly his responsibility.

I did try to solve the above problems amicably by speaking with Ken and explaining to him how I felt about the entire situation. I assumed that he might have acted in an inept manner rather by accident than on purpose.
Unfortunately, it only got worse.

On 30 May 2011 I had to carry on all the tasks I was given with no help from Ken. I did 29 picks + amendments whereas he did just 9.

TRESC NIEZROZUMIALA

I keep a precise diary of his actions which I may present on request.

Your Sincerely,

IMIE NAZWISKO

Kolega Marcin zrobił świetną robotę.
Miałem wątpliwości, czy użyty zwrot "go on a break" jest poprawny, czy używa się "go for a break", ale google daje podobną ilość wyników, więc chyba można zamiennie.
W zdaniu "His reaction seems rather unusual...[]" ja bym napisał "His reaction seems to be rather unusual...[]" i czekam na komentarze, co o tym myślicie.

No coz...

...Wehikuł czasu to byłby cud...
