I would like to appeal against your decision to reject my claim for Health in Pregnancy Grant.
I did not have the National Insurance Number at the time of submitting my claim.
I was unable to attend the NIN appointment as allocated by you because I was away from the country on holiday at the time.
I have now obtained the NIN.
My NIN is: [NIN]
I believe that I qualified for the HiPG as I was, and still am, living in the UK at the time, was attending all my antenatal appointments with midwives and I looked after myself well during the pregnancy. I therefore believe that I fulfilled all the conditions as specified and I should have been awarded the HiPG.
I would be grateful if you decided this appeal in my favour
