witam!szukam na necie niestety nie moge znalezc akurat tego wykroczenia,jakie sa konsekwencje jazdy z provisional driving licence bez towarzystwa osoby ktora posiada prawko minimum 3 lata????

As to the other offences the insurance will not be valid because you were not driving in accordance with a licence. Because both offences took place at the same time the penalty points tariff will only apply for the highest offence so you will receive between 6-8 points. You will be convicted and fined for both offences though, with a fine based on income.
You are a provisional driver so unless you already have four points or more you are not at risk of a ban under the totting up procedure where a 6 months ban is possible even for a provisional driver if you reach 12 points. With regards to the New Drivers' Act this only applies to probationary drivers. If you commit a further offence once you have passed your test then the points you will acquire for these offences will come into play and your licence will be revoked as a result and there is no appeal against this. |
