"By way of an update for those of you looking for tests and solutions for leaving the UK and returning (including the US)
Today I ordered workplace NHS tests from Coventry Council and collected 3 boxes (7 in each) from a local collection location. I only asked for 1 box but they gave me 3 anyhow. These are the test kits that seem to be around the country - FlowFlex SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test (Self Testing)
I then ordered a self test basic from https://klarity.health/product/basic-antigen-covid-certificate/ for £9.95. This then provided me with login details and instructions to install the app on my phone.
Using the app was fine, requires Name, DoB, Scan of Test QR code, Test manufacturer, Passport number, phone and email address
You can either use the app to take the photos of the test result (with ID clearly in the photo), or you can upload a photo you've already taken (ahem ..... think about it). I did the latter using a photo that I'd removed all EXIF data from which was taken using a camera and not a phone.
The certificate was returned to me in 15 mins after submission and is stored in the app on the phone and then they send you a copy in email
So as a test run it worked fine ! Tests were free and the Cert was a tenner.
You can use this test and cert for either leaving the UK or returning but not day-2 as that's PCR"
Jak komus walaja sie uzyte negatywne testy, to tez w sumie moze zrobic ich zdjecie i uzyskac certyfikat.
