I started my journey in Staplehurst(17.51) going to London Charning Cross.I did buy 2 return tickets 21.90 each (tickets numbers...)When we arrived to the station on our way back (23.20) there was an accident.The police blocked the platfor and one of your team member told us that our train is cancelled,suggested to take a train to London Bridge and then to Staplehurst.We took a train from London Bridge and in Tonbridge we supose to change to Staplehurt,but we missed the train cos of delay in London Charing Cross.Your team member suggested us to take a taxi.It was before 2.00 after midnight.I spent 100 to get home.I am sending you a taxi receipt.I want my money back,I tried to catch a train on time at 23.40
100 its a lot of money,I had to spend half of night trying to catch a taxi,now I am ill cos of cold and rain.
I hope the reimbursement of taxi, if you do not get the money, I will be forced to bring the case to the court
