Landlord powiedzial, ze nie mozna usunac gniazda bo tam sa jajka i mewy sa chronione. Prawda to? Bo ja zadzwonilem do kominarza, powiedzialem mu, ze mam gniazdo mew i powiedzial, ze to usunie. O zadne jajka nie pytal. Bez domyslow

Nie chce byc zlym prorokiem,ale jak te cholerne mewy upatrza sobie miejsce na gniazdowanie....
W przyszlym roku tylko bedziesz poirytowana...... Za dwa lata.....przywykniesz. Te france niestety sa jak bociany-wracaja na stare miejsce. Ja sie przeprowadzilem......a ty zrobisz co uwazasz...... Kolega mial baaaaaaaaaaaaaaardzo duzo klopotow finansowych za zniszczenie gniazda cholernych mew......bo te sukinsyny sa pod ochrona!!!  O Nadziejo...

Any action taken must be justified in terms of the General Licences made under this Act and can include culling, nest removal, egg removal, disturbance of birds and proofing. Action taken must be humane. In limited circumstances, and usually after other methods of deterrent have been tried and have failed, an owner or occupier can take action against gulls nesting on their buildings, or give someone permission to do so.

U mnie to samo, podobny kominek- rodzaj ptaków nie znany..głośne są, dzwonilam do agencji i usłyszałam ze mam zadzwonić ponownie jak wyniosą sie z gniazda i nie będę już słyszeć ich bo teraz jest czas ochronny i nic nie mogą zrobić. Mam mieć naprawiony/zmieniony guard na kominie. Grzanie na full nie pomogło- próbowałam z nadzieja ze sie wystrasza.
