To napiszcie ILE KARTONÓW MOŻNA PRZEWIEŹĆ samolotem a ile samochodem. Bo do tej pory myslałam, że jeden karton na osobe samochodemA i ile tytoniu i gdzie to można sprawdzić?!!!

Mozna przywieźć bez pytań ze strony celników 16 kartonów na osobę. Nie ma znaczenia czy to auto czy samolot . Problem jest ze do Niemiec wolno wwieźć tylko 4 kartony na osobę)

I jeszcze jedno nie ma jasno określonego limitu ile można przywieźć ale powyżej 16 kartonów celnicy mogą pytać o przeznaczenie papierosów. Jeśli potrafisz przekonać ich ze to na Twój własny użytek to przepuszczą.


Do autora posta: ściemniasz kolego. Fajki albo nie miały polskiej akcyzy albo to Twój nie pierwszy raz. W normalnym przypadku zostawiliby ci te 16 kartonów a za posostale zaproponowali cło lub konfiskatę. Dostałbyś papierek ze masz 14(chyba) dni na odwołanie lub zapłacenie cła. Po tym terminie papierosy zostaną zniszczone.

Customs checks when coming from the EU

If a customs official from the UK Border Agency (UKBA) thinks you may be bringing in excise goods such as alcohol and tobacco from the EU for commercial use - perhaps to sell to other people or simply for reimbursement - they may ask you questions and make checks. You may be asked about:

* the type and quantity of goods you've bought
* why you bought them
* how you paid for them
* how often you travel
* how much you normally smoke or drink

Although there are no limits on the amount of alcohol and tobacco you can bring in from EU countries, customs officials are more likely to ask you questions if you have more than:
* 3,200 cigarettes
* 200 cigars
* 400 cigarillos
* 3kg of tobacco
* 110 litres of beer
* 90 litres of wine
* 10 litres of spirits
* 20 litres of fortified wine (for example port or sherry)

You must declare to customs any goods from EU countries if you think they may be banned or restricted goods.

To do this you should use the red channel or the red-point phone.

Note that if you are bringing back goods for commercial purposes, the rules are different.

Banned and restricted goods

There are some goods, such as offensive weapons and illegal drugs that you can't bring into the UK no matter where you're travelling from. Other goods, like firearms, are restricted.

Some food and plant products may be restricted if they:

* are not for your own use
* were not grown in the EU

A więc problem z głowy, samochodem tylko 4kartony na głowe, nie ma co zadzierać z naszymi sąsiadami Niemcami

fajki tez musza byc jednego typu, jeśli masz różne rodzaje to nie uwierzą ci, że na własny użytek. A tylko pod tym warunkiem możesz je przywieść.
