You do not need a license to own and air rifle or pistol providing it is not capable of exceeding certain power limits. The power limit is set at 12 ft. lbs. For air rifles and 6 ft. lbs. For air pistols. These power limits are for any brand of pellet and it is your responsibility to ensure that the gun has a legal power output at all times. Special rules apply however, in Northern Ireland.
You may not possess an air rifle that exceeds the 12 ft. lbs. Power limit unless you have a firearms certificate (FAC) which allows you to possess it. Possession of an air pistol capable of exceeding the 6 ft. lbs. Power limit is totally prohibited. You must be at least 18 years of age before you may purchase an airgun or airgun ammunition. Under the age of 14 you may not own an airgun. Any airgun regardless of it's power is considered a 'firearm' if it is used to commit a criminal offence. Simply possessing one when committing an offence may greatly increase the any sentence a court may award. Mozna posiadac ale bron pneumatyczna(tzw wiatrowka),ale bron gazowa jest nielegalna NA TERENIE CALEJ BRYTANII.Nawet tzw dezodoranty czyli pojemniki z gazem.Paralizatory tez sa nielegalne
Kto w sercu ma tylko nienawiść,
nigdy nie zazna miłości i szczęścia.

Mylisz sie, jesli chodzi o bron gazowa (airgun/ air pistols)
Air Rifles and Air Pistols To buy an airgun in the UK you must be eighteen years of age or over. "Most airguns are unrestricted which means that you can own and use one without requiring a certificate. ale mówimy o broni sportowej czy broni osobistej, takiej właśnie jak paralizatory, pistolety obezwładniające, w Polsce zwane gazowymi, itp
Bo to co ty podajesz to chodzi o broń typu wiatrówka sportowa. To raz, teraz kwestia gdzie ją możesz mieć, i jak i gdzie używać, i jak przechowywać, na pewno nie pod łóżkiem ani za szafą, zasadniczo nie wolno ci z żadną bronią wędrować po ulicy, nawet z nożem. A sądzę że o taki rodzaj broni chodziło założycielce tematu Liczy się czas który żyjemy dla kogoś, reszta to czas śmieć.

Zainstnialy problemy z nazewnictwem: wiatrowka - air rifle, air gun- pojecie szerokie: air rifle and air pistols.
Mojego meza wujek byl kolekcjonerem broni palnej, nalezal do jednego z Rifle Club. Co roku policja dokladnie sprawdzala jego kolekcje. Po masakrze w Dunblane zaostrzyly sie przepisy jesli chodzi o posiadanie i uzytkowanie broni. Wiec bron z kolekcji zostala "deactivated". Babeczka, niestety nawet niewinny gaz pieprzowy jest nielegalny "Any weapon of whatever description designed or adapted for the discharge of any noxious liquid, gas or other thing" is a Prohibited Weapon, under S.5 of The Firearms Act 1968. The same act covers other prohibited weapons such as automatic firearms and rocket launchers, all of which can only be possessed by permission of the Home Secretary.
