niestety, przez Google latwo sie dowiedziec kto i co robi, wobec czego kazda platnosc przez PP przynosi i takie kwiatki:

Ja dostaje co tydzien z (niby) Halifax, ze ktos probuje sie wlamac na moje konto, i tylko musze uaktualnic dane...chyba nie zalapali jeszcze, ze nigdy nie mialam konta w Halifax. ![:-]](modules/Forum/images/smiles/lol.gif ":-]")

no, to jest nowy (choc starozytny, vide Western Union) numer na PP:

Kupujecie przedmiot, płacąc przez paypal pieniędzmi z karty kredytowej, która powiązana jest kontem paypal.
(Dla jasności, wysłany przeze mnie przedmiot, dotarł bezpiecznie i bez problemów, nawet korespondowałem z jego nabywcą po tym jak go otrzymał)
Po 2-3misiącach idziecie do wystawcy karty i anulujecie transakcję (z tego co wiem to w banku macie na to pół roku). Czas reklamacji w paypal jest krótszy więc teoretycznie transakcja już była bezpieczna i zakończona. Mimo to paypal na kilka dni zawiesza środki, a potem nawet bez powiadomienia zamyka sprawę z AUTOMATU bo z pieniędzmi wycofywanymi przez bank/kartę kredytową nic nie może zrobić.
Reasumując, ponieważ przyszedł do nich bank/wystawca karty to potulnie wykonuje wszystko a kopie w d.. zwykłych ludzi pieniądze bowiem pobrali sobie z moich środków na koncie paypal.
