We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, Our lovely home is still available for rent and we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs. My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in renting it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, stay away from renting my house.The reason why our house is up for rent is because I got transferred from my place of work now In West Africa(Nigeria). As soon as we settle down here I had a thought of selling the house so I have to look for an agent, after getting one, we got a deal but later my wife advised against that. I reasoned with her and accepted her advise. So I contacted the agent back and requested for my keys and documents. Later we decided to have the house rent out,
we would have give the same agent this job also but the truth of the matter is that the agent would want to handle it professionally and the occupant may not be able to reason along with him later. If you notice, you will discovered that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for the property.The house was formally for sale but my wife advise me not to sell it..

We will be serving for a long term and now our home is locked up now and presently we have found a new home here which we will be staying for a very long term which might last 5 years in (West Africa,Nigeria) and presently our lovely home is still available for rent for (400 pounds)as first month rent and (250pounds)for deposit which

Gdzie skrzynke masz? Ja mam na gmailu od ponad 6 lat, dziele sie nim na lewo i prawo (sklepy, fora, fb i inne badziwia) i zadnego spamu nie dostaje. Oczywiscie pelno g..na jest wysylane do mnie, ale wszystko laduje automatycznie w spamie. Na inboxa przecisnie sie moze jeden niechciany mail na 2 tygodnie. Jakbym mial to wszystko zaznaczac codziennie jako spam to odechcialo by mi sie zagladac na emaila .
