1. O2’s Polska Rocks Ticket Offer is open to anyone who is a UK resident aged 18 or over and who is an O2 UK customer on the day before the Offer Period commences, excluding employees of O2 (UK) Limited, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Only one application per person/mobile number is allowed.
2. To apply for a ticket to the Event, O2 customers must text the relevant Key Word (POLSKA) to 64202 during the Offer Period. Texts sent to 64202 are charged at standard network rates. There are a limited number of tickets to the Event available and the offer runs during the Offer Period or until the ticket allocation is sold out, whichever is the earlier. The tickets will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
3. If there are tickets available and the application is successful, the successful applicant will receive a unique passcode sent to their mobile phone that may only be used once and which will act as a ticket to the Event. DO NOT LOSE THIS PASSCODE as this passcode provides the recipient and a guest with entry to the Event. Successful applicants will be required to show their unique passcode at the entrance to the Indigo2 and may also be required to present I.D. to prove they are over 18. Capacity restrictions may apply during busy periods.
4. For the avoidance of doubt travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by customers or their guests in connection with this offer are not included.
5. O2 can accept no responsibility for any failure to attend the event however so caused in the manner or time specified and no alternative or replacement will be offered. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Tickets are not transferable.
6. Ticket offers may be refused or cancelled if more than the Maximum Ticket Number are requested; the ticket allocation is sold out; if the person attempting to obtain tickets does so outside of the Offer Period; or if O2 reasonably believe that the purpose of obtaining the tickets is to enable commercial re-sale of the tickets.
7. O2 accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed text messages or passcodes.
8. For the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, O2 reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding applications for unique passwords with third party service providers. Information which you provide to O2 is subject to O2's Data Protection and Privacy Statement and shall be deemed incorporated into these terms and conditions.
9. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the Polska Rocks Ticket Offer, including the allocation of more tickets than are available, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the Ticket Offer; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of successful applicants; and/or to allocate available tickets by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated recipients.
10. O2’s decision as to ticket allocations is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Events may occasionally be cancelled after publication of an offer for reasons outside O2’s control. 13. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

hey. Właśnie sprawdzałem ten event na stronie 02 http://www.theo2.co.uk/inside/book-now.html?Venue=1 i nie ma tam żadnej wzmianki? Wysyłając smsa na nr 64202 dostałem odpowiedź że nie ma więcej miejsc. Jeżeli ma ktoś inne info to proszę o odpowiedź. Życzę wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji Świąt Wielkanocy. Pozdrawiam
