Nie ma nic napisane o wymogu permanent residence, guidance jest zrodlowym dokumente I jest po to aby z niego korzystac I jesli on nie stawia wymogu wiec taki tez nie istnieje. Na stronie mogli sobie napisac zeby zrobic w 3 lata 5 lat ale to oczywista sprzecznowsc. Ale na pewno sie ktos znajdzie kto przeszedl te droge I pewnie ci powie wiecej.

If you are a national of a country which is a member state of the EEA or Switzerland, or the family member of such a person, you will automatically have permanent residence status after exercising EEA free movement rights in the UK for any continuous period of 5 years ending on or after 30 April 2006. Czy to znaczy, ze moge sobie wybrac ciaglosc 5 lat, wstecz? Np.okres od 03.2007 do 03.2011?

ja bym tego nie powiedzial, juz nie pamietam jakie przepisy to reguluja ale chyba tak nie ma. swego czasu jak wyrabialem paszport wyslalem im pierwsze 5 lat, ale wtedy poprosili mi o podeslania ostanich 5 lat.

Nie, po roku mozna bylo wyrobic podobna karte ale dopiero po kolejnych 5 latach - uk resident permit card. Co niestety przeoczylam...
