- Payment of £65.00 taken from bank on 18/04/2016
- Confirmation email from UK Visas & Immigration on 12/05/2016
- Residence Documentation received on 17/07/2016
- TOTAL waiting time – 12 weeks

- Referees from work: 1st MD Limited company, 2nd HR Manger Limited company signed on 18/09/2017
- AN application sent on 25/09/2017 (Post Signed £6.50), sent documents since entered to the UK - 2008
- Payment of £1282.00 taken from bank on 05/10/2017
- Confirmation Letter from Home Office about received payment of £1282.00, received documents and Biometric Enrolment on 05/10/2017
- Confirmation email from UK Visas & Immigration on 06/10/2017
- Biometric Enrolment at Post office on 11/10/2017 (fee £19.20)
- Received confirmation letter on 09/11/2017 from Home office about success of the application
- TOTAL waiting time – 6 weeks (I enclosed Polish NCR (30zl - £6.50 with English translation 88.50zl - £19.00 - (NCR is equivalent to British CR
with date 16/08/2017. I think this document reduced my waiting time and also all doc. in order with table of contents
- Received letter on 23/11/2017 from Register Office inviting me to attend a citizenship ceremony
- Received letter with Guidance notes from Home Office on 24/11/2017 about Citizenship Invitation
- Citizenship ceremony on 16/01/2018
- Passport photo made by myself, print cost only £0.49 (saved £9.51 compare to iSnaps)
- Apply for British passport on 20/01/18 (online application), (fee £72.50 + £3.00 secured delivery back)
- Countersignature sign by HR Manger Limited company
- Passport Application post on 23/01/2018 (post signed for £ 2.40)
- British Passport received on 30/01/2018
- Polish Passport and Certificate of naturalisation as a British Citizen received on 02/02/2018
- TOTAL time since sent passport application – 10 days
- TOTAL cost: 50.00 + 150.00 + 6.50 + 1282.00 + 19.20 + 6.50 + 19.00 + 7.00 (Passport photographs) + 10.00 (Citizenship ceremony photo) + 0.49 (again passport photographs taken within past month because submitted with AN application is unlikely to be acceptable) + 75.50 + 2.40= £1618.10 + PR Card £97.50 = £1715.60 (That’s only me, I don’t want to tell you about my wife’s and daughter’s application costs – that’s another story
). Did not included car-park tickets, petrol, and sweets which I gave to referees
