Musze zobaczyc czy jakas inna oferuje lepsza taryfe niz BG variable, bo standing charge, to jest jakis malo smieszny dowcip. Zadne oszczedzanie pradu nie pomoze zminimalizowac tego kosztu.
Carpe diem.

You can find our Privacy Notices at britishgas.co.uk/privacy.
What is PeakSave Summer Sundays?
PeakSave Summer Sundays is a scheme run by British Gas Trading Limited ("we, us and our";).
Please read these terms carefully, as they set our responsibilities to you and what you agreed to by taking part in the scheme.
How long will PeakSave Summer Sundays run for?
The PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme will run until 24th September 2023 and offer half-price electricity between 11am to 4pm every sunday.
We will set a consumption limit of 60 kWh during each session, meaning you will only receive half-price electricity for up to 60 kWh of electricity you use between 11am and 4pm each Sunday. Any electricity you use above 60 kWh will be charged at your normal unit
We can end the PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme before the 24th September 2023 at
any time. It we do, we will let you know.
Eligibility
To be eligible to take part in the PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme you must meet the rollowing concitions.
You must be aged 18 or over.
Be a current British Gas residential electricity supply customer (excluding landlords).
Have a smart meter operating in credit mode which is sending us regular meter readings. You must also be opted in to halt-hourly meter readings.
Taking part in PeakSave Summer Sundays
It's entirely free to take part in the PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme.
The Peaksave Summer Sundays scheme is separate from and doesn't aftect your enerqu tariff or any other contract you have with us.
This is an online-only product, meaning we will only contact you by email. You also agree to use the frequently asked question pages britishgas.co.uk/energy/peak-save/sunday and webchat service we provide you if you have any enquiries or require assistance with this product.
Electricity bill credit
We use your smart meter readings to calculate your electricity usage during the PeakSave
Summer Sundays scheme. Payments are made by multiplying the number of units of electricity you used (kWh) between 11am to 4pm each Sunday by 50% of your tariff unit rate excluding VAT (p/kWh). VAT will be paid in addition.
We will set a consumption limit of 60 kWh during each session, meaning you will only receive half-price electricity for up to 60 kWh of electricity you use. Any electricity you use above 60 kWh will be charged at your normal unit rate
You will still pay the full daily standing charge applicable to your tariff.
We round any amounts due to you to the nearest penny.
Bill credits cannot be transferred as a cash refund or to another account holder.
Your bill credit will normally appear on your electricity account within 2 weeks of each Sunday
session ending, although it could occasionally take longer to credit your account.
If for anu reason we are unable to retrieve our smart meter data to calculate our consumption, for example, it your meter stops sending us readings, we may have to estimate your consumption and therefore paument.
If we are unable to retrieve your consumption history during a 5-hour session, we will pay you an amount calculated bu reference to the average consumption (KWh) for that session (based on available smart meter data from other customers that took part in that session) multiplied by your tariff unit rate (p/kWh) excluding VAT (p/kWh). VAT will be paid in addition.
When we can stop you taking part in the scheme
You will not be able to continue participating in the PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme if you no longer meet the eligibility conditions for the scheme, move home, switch your electricity supplier, or begin to take your supply through a meter operating in pre-payment mode.
we may also remove you from the scheme it we reasonably belleve you have traudulently claimed payments, abused the scheme, or are using the scheme for business or commercial purposes.
We will monitor compliance with the PeakSave Summer Sundays scheme. In the event of fraud, abuse, misuse, or not keeping to these terms, we can cancel, withdraw or reclaim any payments made to you under the scheme and, end or suspend the scheme or stop you from participating in it.
