z informacji , ktora podal mi prawnik 2 dni temu jest nastepujacy proces otrzymania paszportu brytyjskiego :

1) 5 lat pobytu i udokumentowanej pracy

- najlepiej poprzez rejestracje WRS

- ale jezeli rozpoczelo sie prace np. przez agencje i pracowalo sie jakis czas bez pierwszej czy kolejnej rejestracji - ( w przypadku zmainy pracodawcy czy agencji ) wystarcza payslipy ( najlepiej z ustalonym National Insurance Number a nie Emergency Number )

2) po okresie 5 lat ciáglego zatrudnienia - skladamy wniosek o IRL ( podobno czeka sie na niego przecietnie do 6 m-cy )

3) kiedy otrzymamy IRL i posiadamy go przez okres roku dopiero wtedy mozemy zlozyc wniosek o naturalizacje i paszport brytyjski

czyli

1) - 5 lat pracy
2) - wniosek IRL - 6 m-cy
3) - IRL - 1 rok

razem ok 6 lat i 6 m-cy musimy zyc i pracowac w Anglii aby starac sie o obywatelstwo

Nie rozumiem dlaczego ludzie sie tak mocno chca pozbywac polskiego paszportu o.O no chyba ze chodzi o problemu z biurokracja polska :D

Zeby dostac brytyjskie obywatelstwo i paszport nie trzeba pozbywac sie polskiego obywatelstwa.

czyli po upływie 5 lat - do uzyskania rezydentury plus roku jako rezydent = 6

Czyli jednak po 6 latach mozna wyslac wniosek.Ja juz mam kaplet dokumentow z referantami wlacznie ale minelo dopiero 5 lat i 7 miesiecy hmm.I teraz jak poczekam i aplikuje za pare miesiecy czy daty referentow beda akceptowalne czy musza znowu mi dac referencje.Podobno niektorzy aplikowali po 5 latach i maja paszporty ciekawe.

Usunięte

Rezydenture stala obywatele EU otrzymuja po 5 latach od rejesteracji WRS nie musimy o nia wystepowac aby aplikowac o paszport.Mozna natomiast uzyskac potwierdzenie o takowej.
