Jak w temacie - czy agencja ma prawo odmówić dostępu do licznika lokatorom? Muszę wysłać odczyt, ale nie moge wejść do pomieszczenia z licznikiem, bo agencja zmieniła zamki. Ktoś miał taki problem?

A to licznik pradu czy gazu? Z gazem lawiej, bo znalazlam odpowiedni przepis, ze powinnas miec dostep:

(2) No person shall knowingly store readily combustible materials in any meter box or meter compound. (3) No person shall install a meter in a meter box provided with a lock, unless the consumer has been provided with a suitably labelled key to that lock. (4) No person shall install a meter within a meter compound which is capable of being secured unless the consumer has been provided with a suitably labelled key for that compound. " Ale nie widze nic podobnego o liczniku elektrycznym. Carpe diem.

Nie, chodzi mi o licznik elektryczny. Juz wyczytałam dwie wersje, jedna, że powinni zapewnić "reasonable access", druga, ze nie maja prawa odmówić dostępu jeśli to lokator płaci rachunki. No nic, napisałam do nich, zobaczę czy i co raczą odpisać.
