A guarantor (or host) can be a family member or a friend in Poland, and they can help with your application by providing a Letter of Invitation. The letter of invitation acts as proof that they are financially stable to support your visit.

Flight/Travel Itinerary

The travel itinerary is a necessary document, and it has to be as detailed as possible. You will have to include your complete travel plan from and to Poland, and you will have to include your plane tickets, the booking of your hotel, etc.

Remember: When it comes to plane tickets, you are not required to pay for them beforehand; your flight just has to be booked.

Payment of Poland Visa Fee

You must pay a visa processing fee when you apply for a Poland Visa. The embassy will inform you how to pay the fee (in person at the time of application or beforehand). After you pay the fee, a document will be provided as proof of your payment. You must add that to your other documents.

What If I Don’t Have All The Documents When I Apply?

Wyglada jak brytyjski paszport, tylko ma tytul: travel document. Taka sama ksiazeczka jak paszport, wiec mozna tam pieczatki wizy wstawiac.

To jest traktowane jak passport.

No wlasnie, z tej litanii czynnosci wynika, ze jeszcze jakies ubezpieczenie zdrowotne trzeba wykupic, i co to znaczy ze bilet zabukowac, alenie trzeba kupic. No jak sie nie zaplaci to nie jest zabukowany tylko przepada przeciez. Ile zachodu ze zwykla wizyta w Polsce.

Brexit zalatwil sprawe.

Najśmieszniejsze jest to, że po Brexicie do jednego kraju Schengen taki uchodźca może jechać bez wizy (np. Włochy), a do innego tylko z wizą (np. Francja).

Ktoś mnie ostatnio pytał o Polskę i nie potrafiłam odpowiedzieć. Każdy przypadek jest indywidualny bo azylanci są z przeróżnych stron świata. Także trzeba próbować oficjalną drogą, tu nie ma zgadywanki.

Co w tym dziwnego? Dostała przedłużenie wizy studenckiej o rok z końca maja 2022 do końca maja 2023. Wg ciebie to takie dziwne?

Cała "impreza" jest dość kosztowna.

Wiza rodzinna kosztuje 1048 funtów, czego się spodziewałem, ale do tego jeszcze jest health surcharge w wysokości 624 funtów na rok, czyli 1716 funtów za 2 lata i 9 miesięcy. Na stronie gov.uk jest napisane, że to health surcharge kosztuje połowę, jeśli aplikuje się z Wielkiej Brytanii. To wciąż 858 funtów dodatkowo. Całość by więc wyniosła ponad 1900 funtów.

Powiedziano mi, że na wizie rodzinnej można latać do Polski bez wymogu aplikowania o wizę Schengen, co znacznie ułatwia życie. Czy może to ktoś potwierdzić?
