7. NORMAL HOURS OF WORK
7.1 Your normal working week is Monday to Friday with a total of 37.5 hours. Your manager will
notify you of your work pattern.
7.2 Due to the nature of your duties you are required to work such additional hours as your duties
may from time to time require without additional payment. In exceptional circumstances the
Company may, at its absolute discretion, make an additional payment in respect of significant
additional hours worked.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to require you to work different hours of work according to the
needs of the business, whether on a temporary or a permanent basis. This may involve shorter
