Zalozmy ze zachodze w ciaze, pracuje w magazynie, praca, ktora wykonuje na codzien nie jest bardzo ciezka (oprocz stania na nogach przez 8h) ale czasami zostaje wyslana na inne dzialy, gdzie musze dzwigac. Wiem, ze nie musze mowic pracowacy o ciazy do 15 tygodnia przed porodem, ale kiedy bezpiecznie moge powiedziec najwczesniej? Czy juz od samego poczatku ciazy jestem pod ochrona? Chodzi o to zeby, od poczatku nie musiala dzwigac i robic nic co mogloby zagrozic mojemy dziecku.
Pracuje w tej samej firmie na stalej umowie poltora roku, nie jestem na zadnym probnym okresie ani nic takiego. Czy powiadamiajac oficjalnie pracodawce ze jestem w ciazy musze mu przedstawic jakis tego dowod np pismo od lekarza? Jesli tak, to kiedy najszybciej mozna takie podtwierdzenie otrzymac? Bardzo dziekuje, za wszystkie rady. |

A jak juz jestesmy przy listach do pracodawcy, to w necie znalazlam jeszcze przyklady listow w sprawie rozpoczecia urlopu macierzynskiego, moze sie komus przydac.

Please find enclosed with this letter, my original certificate of Expected Childbirth (MAT B1) confirming my Expected Due Date (EDD) of **/**/****. I will notify you 28 days in advance, should I wish you make any changes to the above agreement. Yours Sincerely

Adacymru, wielkie dzieki, myslisz ze takie pisemko moge napisac i dac pracodawcy juz we wczesnym stadium ciazy?

Ja nic nie pisalam ,powiedzialam tylko Managerowi ze jestem w ciazy i sami zaczeli latac kolo mnie jak kolo jajka,oczywiscie powiedzieli mi ze nie moge nic dzwigac,zaproponowali tez przeniesienie na lzejsze stanowisko itp.Dla potwierdzenia zanioslam tylko ksiegowej moja ksiazke cizy a w pozniejszym terminie zaswiadczenie MATB1 i to wszystko

Witam wszystkich,
Mój macierzyński kończy się w listopadzie a chciałabym wrócić do pracy wcześniej. Wiem,ze muszę dać pracodawcy "8 weeks notice". Szukam w necie jakiegoś wzoru i nie znalazłam, czy macie może jakieś wzory na takie podanie, badz wiecie jak je napisac? Bardzo proszę o pomoc i z góry DZIĘKUJĘ. |

Ja powiedzialam ze jestem w ciazy na samym poczatku, zeby nie martwic sie ze podnoszac ciezary, nie narobie sobie problemow z ciaza.
Zaraz potem traktowano mnie ulgowo. Dobrze na tym wyszla. |
