Pobieralam rodzinne od 26 wrzesnia 2006 do 26 lutego 2007 na dzieko ktore przebywalo w polsce ( nie pobieralam rodzinnego w polsce ) w marcu rodzinne zostalo wstrzymane do dnia dzisiejszego poniewaz sprawdzali dane dziecka w polce teraz corka przyjechala tu na stale , zglosilam to do revenue , kilka dni temu dostalam od nich list ze popelnili pomylke poniewaz dziecko nie przebywalo uk i musze im zwrocic pieniadze ktore na corke otrzymalam czyli 270 . prosze napiszcie mi czy tak oni moga postapic i co ja mam z tym zrobic ? wielkie dzieki

Heh! Jestem w podobnej sytuacji -pobieram ChB na dziecko w Polsce. Ale z tego co pamietam to ten benefit przysluguje na dzieci nie mieszkajace z rodzicem - pod warunkiem, ze finansowo je wspiera. Kwota musi byc co najmniej rownowartoscia tygodniowej stawki ChB.
Jestes pewna, ze wszystkie podane przez Ciebie dane byly prawidlowe?? Co podali jako przyczyne zaprzestania placenia?? Mozesz zawsze zapytac w CAB- czy cos to da nie wiadomo. Pozdrawiam |

dzieki za odpowiedz , ale dane ktore podalam na dziecko byly ok , oni napisali mi ze dziecko nie przebywalo na terenie uk i oni na dzieko ktore przebywalo w polsce placic nie beda i ze pieniadze ktore od nich dostalam musze im oddac , teraz nie wiem co robic , odwolac sie od ich decyzji czy jednak musze im to oddac ?

A ile Twoj dzieciaczek ma lat?? Chodzil w Polsce do szkoly?? Tu masz cos z oficjalnej strony: "You can normally get Child Benefit if you and the child or children you are responsible for usually live in the United Kingdom. You usually live in the UK if your main home is in the UK, although you may go abroad from time to time on holiday or business. You can count as usually living in the UK even if you have only just arrived, provided you intend to remain here." i jeszcze: "For Child Benefit, Regulations 21 and 25 of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006 provide that for the claimant to be eligible for Child Benefit, the child must be physically present in, respectively, Great Britain or Northern Ireland. However, if the child is not physically present in Great Britain or Northern Ireland, he or she may still be treated as present for at least the first 12 weeks of a temporary absence. Further, the child may continue to be treated as present in Great Britain or Northern Ireland for more than 12 weeks of a temporary absence where one of the following applies: if the child is receiving full-time education in an EEA country or Switzerland; if the child is on an educational exchange or visit that is approved in writing by the child’s school; or if the child is to get medical treatment for an illness that began before the child left Great Britain or Northern Ireland. There is no time limit on these temporary absences. The only requirement is that the absence is temporary and the intention is to return to Great Britain or Northern Ireland at the end of it." HEJ , dziecko ma 11 , dzwonilismy do nich ale nie zabardzo mowie po angielsku mial do mnie za chwile oddzwonic ich tlumacz ale ta chwila trwa juz dwa dni i cisza , z tego co zrozumialam to powiedzieli mi ze musze im jednak oddac to co zaplacili mi , ja mam dwoje dzieci , jedno dziecko ( 5 lat )ktore bylo tu ze mna a corke ( 11 lat ) dopiero teraz w czerwcu przyjechala tu stale ale rodzinne zostalo tez wstrzymane na drugie dziecko , ja sama wychowuje dzieci i dla mnie 270 funtow to naprawde bardzo duzo i teraz jestem w kropce , poniewaz liczylam na te pienadze , dzieci ida tu od wrzesnia do szkoly musze im kupic mudnurki i przybory szkolne a teraz z tym wszystkim wyszlo nie fajnie i nie wiem co robic
