Oboje macie racje-ale piszecie o dwoch odmiennych rzeczach.
MM pisze o tatuory maternity pay-od pracodawcy. w sumie jesli teraz zacznie prace to i tak sie nie zakwalifikuje bo do 25tyg ciazy -musi miec przepracowane 26tygg. w ciagu u jednego pracodawcy. Xfish pisze o Maternity Allowance- i niby ma racje-ale potem musi udowodnic swoje zarobki-wiec nie wystarczy placic NiN-oni sprawdzaja to z Revenue. musi zarabiac min. 30£ tyg. wyliczaja 90% od odchodów ze sredniej 13-tygodniowej. i dostanie albo 128£ tyg, albo 90% zarobkow-w zaleznosci co jest mniejsze. You might get MAif:
you're employed, but not eligible for Statutory Maternity Pay you're registered self-employed and paying Class 2 National Insurance contributions (NICs), or hold a Small Earnings Exception certificate you have very recently been employed or self-employed You may be eligible if: you've been employed and/or self-employed for at least 26 weeks in your 'test period' (66 weeks up to and including the week before the week your baby is due) - part weeks count as full weeks you earned £30 a week averaged over any 13 weeks in your test periodMaternity Allowance pays a standard weekly rate of £128.73 or 90 per cent of your average gross weekly earnings (before tax), whichever is the smaller. MA is paid for a maximum period of 39 weeks. To qualify for SMP you must have been: employed by the same employer continuously for at least 26 weeks into the 15th week before the week your baby is due (the qualifying week) earning on average an amount which at least equals the lower earnings limit which applies on the Saturday at the end of your qualifying week The lower earnings limit is the amount you have to earn before you are treated as paying National Insurance contributions. This is £102 a week if the end of your qualifying week is in the 2011-12 tax year. |

to by bylo troche za proste i kazda kobita z glowa na karku by tak robila. Mysle, ze musi tam byc jakis haczyk. Ale poczekajmy co madrzy tego forum powiedza.

oj nawet nie nakrecaj tego tematu... osobiscie jestem za zniesieniem wszystkich, bez wyjatkow, benefitow. Taka pomoc finansowa tylko rozleniwia towarzystwo, a jak to moja Mamusia mowila jak kto nie ma co robic to mu glupie pomysly do glowy przychodza.
Bozia raczki dala wiec do roboty : ) bla bla bla...
