Tylko, ze w forumlarzu mam wpisac date wystawienia certyfikatu i numer ale jak patrze na moj certyfikat (pelna forma) nie widze numeru??
Chyba ze chodzi o "entry No. 120" Bo na wszystkich kopiach mam ten sam numer.
Skoro w formularzu zaznaczylem, ze ja i moja zona jestesmy obywatelami polskimi nie powinienem jeszcze napisac listu wyjasniajacego dlaczego wogole wysylam wniosek o brytyjski paszport dla dziecka?

Przyznam, ze jezyk ang. raczej nie sprawia mi problemow jednak nie bardzo rozumiem sens punktu 2?
Niech mi ktos doradzi, czy powinienem wysylac tez ta ksiazeczke czy po prostu p60 za 5 lat i certyfikat WRS z 28 September 2004r + list wyjasniajacy po co to wszystko im przesylam?
