Hello, I write in English because I was born in London and on this subject I explain below I do not want to be misunderstood in translation.
I was editor of Radio HeyNow for much of the past 2 years. I endured some difficult times at the helm as we had a back-seat driver called Kris Ruszczynski. If you have read page 4 of the current edition of Polish Express Jan 10-17, 2006, you will have seen my honest interview. I have been properly represented by Polish Express.
But if you also read the comments of Kris Ruszczynski, you will detect the remarks of a twister, a liar and an unwell man. He may be bitter that I left - it is not every day that someone gives you EVERYTHING for free - but he is also not gracious in defeat now that I have seen through his ego and his many failures in radio.
Kris has no real knowlege what he is doing in radio and frankly his "get staff for free" mentality has not been a success. His radio station is 80% an embarrassment to the Polish community. Is Radio HeyNow really the best 1 million Poles can do in Britain??
Kris has quickly forgotten the hundreds of significant things I did for Radio HeyNow in 2 years of loyal service. He has forgotten it and covers it all up now, because he is desperate to undermine my credibility and prevent competition and something better than he offers.
Sadly, he has also libelled me in what he told Polish Express. Because I would have to sue the newspaper as well as him, I am not going to pursue legal action at this time. I respect Polish Express. I think it is now the best newspaper for Poles in Britain. It even exceeds Dziennik Polski in some areas. A remarkable feat for a free newspaper. Because of my respect for the newspaper I am letting this matter rest. But Kris should be careful - the next time he remarks with falsehoods and racism about me the way he did to another publication, be sure I will not only consult my legal advisers about libel, I will also report him to the Commission for Racial Equality.
Kris does not deserve good staff. I hope that the better staff that remain at Radio HeyNow will soon find better things to do with their talents and not waste their time with this little Napoleon. Kris is the pariah of world radio. I hope he is proud of his low reputation.
There is much more I could say about this exploiter of Polish labour, but I think you have all heard about as much about him as you want. You get the picture.
Kris will likely never shut down Radio HeyNow, but neither will he succeed with it. I would never come back so long as he remains there unreformed.

and- how many people are surprised? about the radio i mean and the way it works?

If you are Mr Matlock- and not some joker trying to write as you - and if you want to be involved with Polish community - there are ways

btw - do not be surprised - PE used to not to pay for the job as well

maybe time's changed:)
